Fit4Life Academy has already made waves in the fitness education space—licensing independent gym owners across the UK to deliver fully accredited Level 3 Fitness Diplomas from within their own facilities. We’ve built the systems, the automation, the branding, and the reach. Now, we’re taking the next leap. We’re building a truly innovative, category-defining wellness app with global reach.
We are now looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-driven CMO to lead brand, growth, and retention—owning the entire marketing ecosystem from launch through scale.
About the Role
This is a founding-level opportunity. You’ll work directly with the Director to define and implement a brand-led go-to-market strategy, sharpen user personas, and lead paid, organic, and referral growth from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the full go-to-market launch
- Own messaging, funnel structure, and content strategy
- Oversee paid social, referral, influencer, and UGC campaigns
- Collaborate on app onboarding flows and UX to boost conversion and LTV
- Set up retention, CRM, and re-engagement strategies
- Work cross-functionally with product and design teams
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing marketing team
Who You Are:
- A senior-level marketer or performance-focused CMO with experience scaling consumer apps
- Deeply brand-driven but with tactical knowledge of paid growth, content, and virality
- Passionate about health, wellness, and building something that matters
- Comfortable in early-stage chaos and confident taking ownership
- Based in Europe or India (remote-first is fine)
Equity & Compensation
- Founding role with 3% equity
- Monthly payment (negotiable depending on experience/scope)
