During times you’re not coaching clients, we expect you to be studying and learning how to become an even better coach. Not hanging out on a gym floor looking for prospects.

Yes, that's right. No need for you to be spending hours of your own time creating programmes. When you're not scheduled to work, your time off really is YOUR time off. However, your feedback, input and collaboration is essential in helping our members to develop and progress. Weekly 1:1s with Lead Coach will ensure you have the opportunity to be involved in the progress of our members.
