Mechanical Estimator required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimations and pre-contract administration.

This is a great opportunity for an mechanically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager or senior estimator with a strong electrical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory.

Requirements:

  • Substantial estimating / tendering background within building services
  • Mechanical bias with good electrical awareness
  • Experience of managing multiple tenders
  • Ability to read AutoCad drawings

Package:

  • Base salary £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus based on profit and tender success (net and gross profit figures are transparent)
  • £6000 car allowance
  • 33 days holiday
