Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in the planning and budgeting phases of projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately calculated to facilitate effective decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of cost control and the ability to assess project requirements comprehensively. Duties * Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects, including materials, labour, and overheads. * Analyse blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements. * Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. * Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints. * Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and supplier options. * Prepare and present detailed reports on estimated costs for management review. * Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, revisions, and related documentation.
