We deliver complete solutions from design and manufacture through to installation. Our state-of-the-art workshop in Park Royal produces bespoke joinery, metalwork, furniture, and retail fixtures for blue-chip clients across the UK.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Production Administrator to support our Metalwork department in our Park Royal workshop. You will play a key role in managing production workflows using our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software, 123Insight. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who is looking to build a career in a manufacturing environment — full training on our systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising works orders for metalwork production
- Allocating materials to active works orders
- Completing works orders and performing stock transfers of finished components
- Maintaining accurate records within the MRP system
- Supporting the metalwork team with administrative and production-related tasks
- Generating reports and updating production data as required
- Assisting with stock control and material planning
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or workshop environment is highly desirable
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly (training on 123Insight will be provided)
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
No previous experience with MRP systems is required — the right attitude and Excel ability are more important.
