We are a well‑established, high‑end fit‑out and joinery company based in Park Royal. We specialise in delivering premium bespoke joinery and exceptional spray finishes for high‑profile projects across the UK. Our modern workshop and dedicated paintline are fully equipped to produce outstanding quality finishes. We are now looking for an experienced Wet Sprayer to join our skilled production team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for applying high‑quality spray finishes to bespoke joinery items, including furniture, cabinetry, doors, panelling, and architectural fittings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply wet spray finishes including paints, lacquers, stains, primers, and sealers to wood, MDF, and other substrates.
  • Prepare surfaces thoroughly (sanding, filling, masking) to achieve flawless, smooth finishes.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain professional spray equipment and spray booths safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure consistent colour matching, even coverage, and high‑end aesthetic results.
  • Work closely with the joinery team to meet tight project deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace while strictly following health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Wet Sprayer in a joinery workshop, furniture manufacturing, or fit‑out environment.
  • Ability to produce consistently high‑quality, defect‑free spray finishes.
  • Good working knowledge of different paint systems, lacquers, and application techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to commute to our Park Royal workshop (NW10).
