Fit Out UK delivers high-quality interior fit-outs, in-house manufacturing, logistics and installation for major banking and commercial clients. We are seeking a senior operations leader to take full end-to-end ownership of our componentry supply chain — from design alignment and procurement through manufacturing, quality, logistics, site installation and handover. This autonomous role focuses on establishing a reliable, forecast-driven, quality-assured and commercially controlled operating model to support complex multi-site programmes.
Core Responsibilities
- Own demand forecasting, master component lists & frozen windows
- Secure & track manufacturing capacity & schedules
- Implement robust QC, stop-ship & NCR processes
- Ensure procurement transparency & risk management
- Enforce cross-functional design sign-off & change control
- Set packaging, logistics, sequencing & proof-of-delivery standards
- Drive standardised site handover & snag management
- Maintain cost guardrails & visibility
- Onboard & qualify alternate suppliers
- Chair programme reviews, maintain dashboard & RACI

- Stop-ship / stop-install on critical risks
- Freeze schedules & reject unapproved changes
- Allocate capacity & trigger contingencies
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years leading complex fit-out / manufacturing / supply chain operations with multi-site delivery
- Proven E2E componentry programme ownership in high-stakes environments
- Strong in scheduling, QC, MRP, logistics standards & commercial control
- Experience managing main contractors & tier-2 suppliers
- Data-driven, calm under pressure, excellent communicator
