Responsible for the day-to-day management of stock integrity, supporting the Warehouse teams to ensure On Time in Full delivery (OTIF) within a sustained continuous improvement environment. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fully comply with site H&S regulations and company H&S policy.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Perform regular stock audits to accurately reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all stock buckets to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Generate and analyse stock reports, identifying trends and potential issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to receive, check, and record incoming stock within agreed timeframes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through implementing changes to processes and procedures.
- Support the logistics and warehouse teams in managing stock movements and storage.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly filled out both manually and electronically.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using computerized systems.
- Optimise warehouse storage capacity via consolidation and stock management best practice principles.
- Assist in the planning and execution of periodic stock takes.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment activity as needed.
- Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring proper labeling and stock organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate stock movements and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate specified reporting suite on stock checks, movements, and discrepancies for management review.
- Collaborate with the wider business to ensure both stock integrity and stock transfers are managed and monitored.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
