Food & Beverage Team Member (Fixed Term Contract)
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll play an important part in creating the ultimate luxury experience for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be one of the friendly faces welcoming visitors, providing exceptional service and helping to make their time with us truly memorable.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and looking after our guests with a warm, friendly approach
- Delivering the high standards of service associated with the Wedgwood brand
- Building positive relationships with guests and creating a memorable experience
- Supporting exciting events, conferences and activities across the site
- Assisting with bookings and general enquiries
- Helping to maintain a welcoming, professional and beautifully presented environment
You don't need to have worked in a luxury environment before - what matters most to us is your enthusiasm, personality and passion for great customer service. Ideally, you'll have previous hospitality experience, but we're also happy to hear from quick learners who are keen to develop their skills.
