Job purpose: The role works closely with IT service owners, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and strategic vendors. The purpose of this role is to ensure effective and compliant vendor and contract operations for IT services and software subscriptions. The role coordinates contract lifecycle activities (renewals, amendments, signature workflows), maintains accurate contract and license records, and supports vendor performance follow-up (KPI/SLA reporting) to provide reliable visibility to stakeholders to enable cost control, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, law, supply chain or other relevant field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience & knowledge: Several years of experience in vendor/contract management, procurement support, or IT commercial operations in an international environment. Practical experience with contract lifecycle processes and tools (e.g., CLM systems) and managing contract documentation end-to-end. Experience supporting KPI/SLA reporting and working with data (Excel/Power BI or similar) to provide clear visibility to stakeholders. Strong coordination skills across IT service owners, procurement, legal and finance; able to drive topics forward without formal people management responsibility. Comfortable working with ambiguity and multiple parallel items; strong attention to detail and ability to create structure.
