We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to shape and execute Wedgwood’s global brand strategy. With your team of one, you will lead integrated global campaigns, strengthen brand desirability across global markets and consumer touchpoints, and support a consistent premium brand experience across channels. This global role includes close collaboration with Market teams across the US, China, Japan, Australia, Ireland, and the UK.

Reporting to our Director, Marketing Wedgwood & Waterford, this hybrid role can be based in London or at our HQ in Barlaston, Staffordshire. If London-based, regular travel to our HQ will be essential. Moderate international travel to key markets will also be required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role you will lead the development and execution of global brand marketing initiatives that strengthen Wedgwood’s positioning and support commercial performance across international markets. Working closely with Creative, Merchandising, Digital, and Market teams, you will bring the brand strategy to life through integrated campaigns and strong global execution.

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and evolve Wedgwood’s global brand strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated global campaigns across brand, seasonal, and commercial moments
  • Translate brand strategy into clear activation plans, campaign frameworks, and market guidance
  • Collaborate closely with Creative teams to deliver premium brand assets and consistent execution across channels and regions
  • Own the global marketing calendar and align activity with commercial priorities and long term business plans
  • Build strong partnerships with international market teams to support effective local execution
  • Use consumer insights, analytics, and market data to evaluate campaign performance and strengthen brand engagement
  • Manage the global brand marketing budget and support clear KPI tracking and reporting
WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced brand marketer with a strong understanding of premium or luxury consumer brands and a passion for craftsmanship, design, and brand building. Comfortable operating in a global and fast moving environment, you bring a balance of strategic thinking, collaboration, and hands on execution. You are confident building relationships across international teams and are motivated by the opportunity to help evolve an iconic heritage brand for new and existing audiences.

  • 6+ years of brand marketing experience within premium, luxury, lifestyle, or design led consumer brands
  • Proven experience leading global campaigns and multi market brand initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills within international organizations
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Commercially aware and comfortable using data and insights to support decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
