Reporting to the Creative Studio Manager, you will welcome and engage guests by encouraging their participation in our creative activities, demonstrating techniques, and guiding them through each process so they can get the most from their visit. You will ensure every guest enjoys an extraordinary and memorable experience in our Creative Studios.In addition, youâll support the smooth running of the studio by:* Taking and delivering drinks orders from our Tea Room* Helping with the cleaning and upkeep of the studio* Replenishing and organising creative supplies* Processing transactions and operating the till for creative activities and drinks orders* Supporting with back of house studio processes About You Our perfect candidate will:* Have an artistic and creative flair* Focus on excellent guest service and feel confident interacting with all guests* Be approachable and friendly with a positive, âcan-doâ attitude* Communicate effectively and work well within a team* Possess excellent time management and organisational skills Hours of Work Working 4 hours over 1 day per week â typically Saturday or Sunday â with flexibility to increase hours during the week in peak school holiday periods. Usual working hours are 11:30 to 15:30. This is a Fixed Term Contract to the end of February 2026. Please note that this role involves interaction with children, young people and vulnerable adults. Successful applicants will therefore be required to complete a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) application.
