We are looking for 3 Packing Operatives to work on a temporary basis at the Wedgwood factory, located in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent. This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) from 14th September – 2nd October 2026 inclusive and you must be available for the full FTC period. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be an experienced and competent packing operative who will be expected to carefully and efficiently pack tableware and giftware product to a high standard.
About you, our perfect candidate will:
- have previous experience of working in a similar role
- have good dexterity, with a keen eye and attention to detail
- be approachable and friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
Hours of work total 38 per week, working Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.06 (with 15 mins flexi time either side) and Friday 07.30 to 15.06 (with no flexi time). Applicants will be required to perform a trade test as part of our recruitment process. Last day of application: 2026-09-05.
