We are looking for an IT Manager, End User Experience to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and improving the overall end-user IT experience by serving as the connection point between IT teams, business stakeholders, and employees. You lead clear and consistent IT communications, ensuring users understand changes, incidents, and new initiatives while minimizing disruption. You also own Knowledge Management within the ITSM platform, maintaining a high-quality, user-focused knowledge base, driving a culture of knowledge sharing across IT. Through continuous improvement, collaboration, and user-centric practices, the role strengthens trust in the IT services and supports smoother adoption of technology across the entire Fiskars Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the IT communications framework, principles, and guidelines
  • Plan and execute communications related to IT services, incidents, changes, and projects
  • Ensure timely, clear, and audience-appropriate communication during major incidents and service disruptions
  • Support change management by enabling effective communication for IT changes and new solutions
  • Coordinate IT communication across multiple channels (e.g. intranet, email, Teams, service portals)
  • Translate complex IT and cyber security topics into clear, user-friendly messages
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Communications and HR to align messaging and tone
  • Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of IT communications
  • Manage the Knowledge Management process within the ITSM platform, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easy to consume.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality knowledge articles and standards that support self-service and improve resolution rates.
  • Partner with IT support teams to identify recurring issues and convert them into actionable knowledge content.
  • Promote a knowledge-sharing culture and drive adoption of Knowledge Management best practices across IT.

Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree in communications, IT, business, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT communications, change communications, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, ITSM, and service delivery concepts
  • Experience communicating during incidents, service changes, or transformations
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
  • Fluent English skills, other languages are an asset
