Responsibilities

  • Welcome all guests and deliver the ultimate luxury experience.
  • Assist with delivering events and conferences as required.
  • Use Gamma, Collins & Hospitality systems for bookings and ticket handling.
  • Maintain an eye for detail and uphold high customer service standards.
  • Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
  • Present yourself professionally with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with previous experience in a hospitality role.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in meeting, greeting, and building rapport with guests.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use Gamma, Collins & Hospitality booking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • Well presented with a can-do attitude.

Employment Details

  • Fixed-term part-time role until September 6, 2026 (may be extended).
  • Working 10 hours per week over two days, predominantly on Saturday and Sunday, typically starting at 7:00.
  • Evening work may be required on occasion by prior arrangement.
