- Welcome all guests and deliver the ultimate luxury experience.
- Assist with delivering events and conferences as required.
- Use Gamma, Collins & Hospitality systems for bookings and ticket handling.
- Maintain an eye for detail and uphold high customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Present yourself professionally with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications
- Preferably with previous experience in a hospitality role.
- Confidence and enthusiasm in meeting, greeting, and building rapport with guests.
- Ability to quickly learn and use Gamma, Collins & Hospitality booking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Well presented with a can-do attitude.
Employment Details
- Fixed-term part-time role until September 6, 2026 (may be extended).
- Working 10 hours per week over two days, predominantly on Saturday and Sunday, typically starting at 7:00.
- Evening work may be required on occasion by prior arrangement.
