The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.
We love to share our true passion for fish with our customers. As a Supervisor, you will be fully responsible for training new waiting staff and ensuring they are trained to the highest standards in all areas. You will also use your great organisational and leadership skills to run and coordinate shifts, ensuring your team deliver an exceptional experience and fantastic food to all of our customers. This role is very important to us as Supervisors are a key part of our succession planning with the aim of progressing to become future restaurant managers.
A few things we look for in a FishWorks Supervisor:
- A natural people person able to coordinate and lead a team
- Organised and calm under pressure
- The ability to think differently
- Realising your potential and helping others achieve theirs
- Having fun and being yourself!
- Experience in a similar role as a Supervisor, Shift Manager or Team Leader is a plus!
- Please note: A requirement for the role is to be able to serve alcohol unsupervised
