Our Marylebone restaurant is only a short walk from the bustle of Oxford Street, and right in the centre of Marylebone High Street that has a great village feel in the centre of the capital. As well as a fantastic restaurant you’ll also find a traditional fish counter where you can buy fish to take home and cook yourself, or you can take your pick and have it cooked there and then to your liking. You will find a wide variety of fresh fish, caught within the season, and delivered daily from our local fisheries and fishermen. We believe in supporting sustainable fishing and buy direct from locally sourced seafood such as rod and line caught Wild Sea Bass and Hand-Dived scallops from just off the coast of Dorset. Freshly caught for the freshest taste.

As a Commis Chef you’re making the first step in becoming a great chef. We are an award winning London restaurant group and we are proud of what we do best – sourcing, preparing and serving the freshest and best seafood in town. We believe the secret to perfect seafood is cooking it simply and seasonally. This is your opportunity to learn all there is to know about being a fantastic chef within a committed team.

Key responsibilities as a Commis Chef:

  • Working alongside Chef de Parties, Sous Chef’s and Head Chef to support them wherever possible while learning as you go
  • Food preparation to ensure kitchen is fully set up for service
  • Assisting with pot wash as and when required
  • Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety are kept at all times
