FishWorks Covent Garden is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join a dual role at our Covent Garden oyster bar and fish counter, with an immediate start. You will spend time at the counter serving and preparing seafood, and the rest of the week in the kitchen running your section and helping on dishes.
This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about fish, with opportunities to train new staff, mentor juniors and contribute to menu development.
