A globally operating FinTech business is looking for an experienced Senior CRO Manager to lead and scale its experimentation and conversion optimisation strategy across international digital products and acquisition journeys. This is a strategic, commercially focused role responsible for driving measurable improvements in conversion performance, user journeys, and customer acquisition outcomes across global markets.
Working closely with growth, product, UX, and analytics teams, you’ll own the experimentation roadmap end-to-end, helping shape how data, customer behaviour, and optimisation influence business growth.
The Role
- Own and lead the global CRO and experimentation strategy
- Build and manage a scalable A/B and multivariate testing programme
- Identify optimisation opportunities across acquisition funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Analyse behavioural data, user drop-off points, and conversion performance to drive commercial improvements
- Partner with UX, product, development, and marketing teams to implement experiments and enhancements
- Ensure robust tracking, QA, reporting, and statistical integrity across all testing activity
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion quality and business performance
- Influence senior stakeholders with data-led decision making and strategic recommendations
Experience Required
- Strong experience within CRO, experimentation, digital performance, or web analytics
- Proven success building and scaling experimentation programmes
- Strong understanding of user psychology, behavioural analysis, and digital customer journeys
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, or similar
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience interpreting complex performance data
- Experience within FinTech, FX, trading, eCommerce, or high-growth digital environments preferred
- SQL or structured data analysis experience beneficial
