We are partnering with a well-established, globally recognised FinTech organisation operating across multiple international markets. The business is focused on empowering individuals with the tools, access, and insight needed to trade and invest with confidence. With a strong global footprint and continued expansion into high-growth regions, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing (China) to drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy and directly influence commercial performance.
This position will lead the development and execution of marketing strategy across the China region, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, improving onboarding journeys, and delivering measurable growth. You will act as the regional marketing lead, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment between global strategy and local market execution.
Key Responsibilities- Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for the China market, aligned with global objectives. Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility. Ensure localisation of campaigns to reflect regional customer behaviour and preferences.
- Commercial Performance: Drive measurable impact across lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to align marketing with business priorities.
- Onboarding & Funnel Optimisation: Analyse and optimise the end-to-end customer journey. Identify friction points within onboarding and implement improvements to increase conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Payments, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver effective go-to-market strategies. Ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Regional Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the China market. Provide insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Essential: Proven experience in regional or digital marketing with a focus on China. Strong understanding of digital marketing across acquisition, CRM, and conversion optimisation. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable commercial impact. Experience working cross-functionally in complex, global organisations. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
