Our client is a medium-sized fintech with offices in London, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This role is working for their FinTech App. To continue their growth as they enter new global markets, they are seeking a hands-on Performance specialist (App focused), who has strong paid search (Google UAC) and paid social skills within Apps.
You will be setting up campaigns, testing ideas, and analysing performance. Running campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok, the aim is to broaden this reach to further channels. The key focus to start with is Google UAC and Meta. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with hands-on paid media experience from an agency background. Senior Executives from an agency looking to progress to Manager can also be considered, salary according to experience.
The App Marketing Manager will focus on in-app performance. You will be setting up and optimizing app campaigns across Paid platforms (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta) to drive customer acquisition. While ASO (App Store Optimization) experience is a plus, it's not required for this role—the primary focus is on growing the investing app’s presence and scaling user acquisition.
- Lead and execute app-install campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and DSPs to drive user customer acquisition.
- Expand marketing reach through new global markets and develop localisation campaigns.
- Analysis of campaign performance, provide insights to further optimize campaigns.
- Drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution of campaigns, with a focus on scalability and effectiveness.
- Test new channels and ad formats, creative strategy to scale campaigns.
- Design and launch campaigns.
Essential Experience:
- 2 years minimum PLUS in campaigns set up - Google UAC/Meta set up for APP - managing Google AdWords, Meta Ads, YouTube etc.
- Apple Search Ads campaigns, including analysis and testing.
- Detailed understanding of the platforms for analytics & testing, know how the platforms work and how to execute.
- Up to date platform knowledge to understand goals and targets.
- Budget experience is highly beneficial.
- Experience setting up, managing, and scaling app channels, such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), mobile ad networks, etc.
- Understanding of mobile measurement tools such as Singular, AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, Localytics, Tune, etc.
- Good understanding channels - hands-on campaign management is important.
