Our client is a medium sized fintech with offices in London, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. This role is working for their FinTech App. To continue their growth as they enter new global markets, they are seeking a hands-on Performance specialist (App focussed), who has strong paid search (Google UAC) and paid social skills within Apps.
You will be setting up campaigns, testing ideas and analysing performance. The App Marketing Manager will focus on in-app performance, expand marketing reach through new global markets and develop localisation campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of campaign performance, providing insights to further optimize campaigns.
- Drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution of campaigns, with a focus on scalability and effectiveness.
- Test new channels and ad formats, creative strategy to scale campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in campaign setup - Google UAC/Meta setup for APP - managing Google AdWords, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads campaigns, including analysis and testing.
- Detailed understanding of the platforms for analytics & testing, knowing how the platforms work and how to execute.
- Experience setting up, managing, and scaling app channels, such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), mobile ad networks, etc.
