We have a vacancy for an Outdoor Account Manager for the South of England territory. Reporting to Head of IBD Sales, you will be working as part of the ZyroFisher IBD sales team and will be responsible for proactively developing the territory to achieve targeted sales growth through established customers, whilst securing new business. Working closely with our internal sales and brand teams, you will look to maximize all sales opportunities.

The requirements:

  • You will be extremely organised, deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail.
  • This dynamic role requires a confident and determined approach, a positive outlook and passion for the product, with the ability to multitask whilst working on your own initiative.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of achieving sales growth and hitting targets and be highly skilled in effectively managing personal time and productivity.
  • You’ll be experienced in understanding customer needs and their business models whilst planning sales activities and building customer relationships towards achieving targets.
  • You’ll also have strong communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills to successfully manage expectations at every level.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Record and feedback customer and market trends effectively.
  • Ability to understand business issues and find creative ways to solve problems.
  • You will ideally have an in-depth knowledge of the outdoor industry and field sales-based account management experience.
  • You will be located centrally within the territory and have access to major motorway network for ease of travel.
