We're looking for a talented, experienced bookkeeper to join our team! Are you an experienced bookkeeper? Do you enjoy training clients on Sage and QuickBooks? And are you skilled in providing that exceptional in-person client service?

• Maintaining clients' accounting records using Sage and QuickBooks
• Preparing, submission, and review of HST, WSIB and EHT filings
• Completing Year-end adjustments
• Training clients on all aspects of Sage and QuickBooks, such as job costing and budgeting within the program
• Trouble shooting when clients call in
• Assisting with various corporate and personal tax planning
• Preparing and/or reviewing payroll
• Travelling to clients to provide exceptional service

• 3-5 years of experience (CPA firm experience a welcome asset)
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks
• Working knowledge of CaseWare, Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines
• An impeccable eye for detail, with great retention and recall
• Ability to travel for client site visits

Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
