The Partner Marketer supports the Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) in delivering effective Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across retail, builder and kitchen specialist channels. The role focuses on day-to-day planning support, execution and coordination of co-marketing campaigns, internal communications, and BAU retail partner support — covering point of sale (POS) material, promotional activity and in-store activations. The Partner Marketer ensures the PMM’s strategic plans are translated into well-coordinated, on-time, on-budget activity in market.
Scope of the role
Supports the Partner Marketing Manager across Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement execution in UK & Ireland, working closely with internal teams and retail partners to coordinate the delivery of campaigns, BAU retail activity and trade partner communications. Operates primarily at an executional level, with scope to develop strategic input over time.
Role Responsibilities
- Co-Marketing Planning Support
- Supports the Partner Marketing Manager in developing and coordinating Co-Marketing plans, ensuring activity is documented, briefed and tracked against agreed timelines and the Marketing Playbook.
- Maintains and updates campaign planning tools, activity calendars and project trackers to keep all co-marketing workstreams on schedule.
- Assists in the preparation of campaign briefs, partner presentations and approval documentation, ensuring materials are accurate and aligned to brand standards before submission.
- Supports stakeholder management processes by coordinating inputs, collating feedback and following up on actions across internal and external teams.
- Assists with post-campaign reporting by gathering performance data, compiling results and preparing structured summaries for the Partner Marketing Manager’s review and sign-off.
- Co-Marketing Execution, Delivery & Operations
- Coordinates the end-to-end production and delivery of co-marketing campaign materials, including briefing creative and production teams, managing approvals and ensuring assets reach partners on time.
- Manages the planning and delivery of all point of sale (POS) material across retail, builder and kitchen specialist partners - covering new product launches, promotional executions and seasonal activations.
- Coordinates promotional activity with retail partners, ensuring offers, mechanics and timelines are accurately communicated and executed in line with campaign plans.
- Supports the planning and delivery of in-store activations, coordinating logistics, materials and partner requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintains accurate records of all in-market activity, asset versions and partner approvals to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Assists with budget tracking and purchase order management under the direction of the Partner Marketing Manager, flagging any variances promptly.
- Ensures all marketing activity is performed in compliance with country, state and federal regulations and laws governing business.
- Internal Communications for Co-Marketing
- Acts as a key internal coordination point for co-marketing activity - keeping Sales, Customer Experience, Operations and other relevant teams informed of upcoming campaigns, partner promotions and activation timelines.
- Prepares and distributes internal campaign communications, sell-in decks and activity updates to ensure cross-functional teams are briefed and ready to support in-market execution.
- Maintains a shared campaign calendar and activity tracker that gives internal stakeholders clear visibility of upcoming co-marketing commitments and deadlines.
- Coordinates internal sign-off processes for co-marketing materials, ensuring the right stakeholders review and approve content before it goes to market.
- Supports the preparation of structured performance updates and campaign summaries for sharing with internal teams, as directed by the Partner Marketing Manager.
- Business As Usual (BAU) Retail Partner Support
- Serves as a day-to-day point of contact for retail partners on BAU marketing requests, including POS replenishment, promotional asset updates and activation logistics.
- Supports the Partner Marketing Manager in maintaining strong working relationships with retail partner marketing and category teams through responsive, professional communication.
- Coordinates the timely delivery of brand assets, product imagery and marketing materials to retail partner teams to support ongoing in-store and online presence.
- Works with retail partners’ online teams to support the accuracy and currency of product listings, brand content and promotional activity on partner websites and digital channels.
- Supports the optimisation of the Where to Buy functionality on the company website in coordination with online retail partners.
- Escalates to the Partner Marketing Manager where strategic decisions or relationship management are required.
- Trade Partner Enablement Support
- Assists the Partner Marketing Manager in the production of trade partner toolkits, sales support materials and enablement resources for retail, builder and kitchen specialist partners.
- Supports the coordination of New Product Introduction (NPI) activity across trade partners - including preparing partner briefing materials, distributing toolkits and following up on in-store implementation.
- Helps maintain up-to-date enablement materials and product information packs for use by trade partner sales teams.
- Managing Relationships
- Builds effective, professional working relationships with retail partner marketing and category teams to support smooth BAU execution.
- Works collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Customer Experience, E-Com and Operations to coordinate co-marketing and partner activity.
- Supports the management of external agency relationships under the direction of the Partner Marketing Manager, including briefing, trafficking and reviewing outputs.
- Communicates clearly and proactively with stakeholders to keep projects on track and flag risks early.
- General
- Acts as a brand ambassador in interactions with customers and partners, ensuring the Fisher & Paykel brand image is upheld at all times.
- Actively participates in product releases, strategic road shows / trade shows and other key sales/marketing activity as required.

Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or execution role, ideally within a trade, retail or channel marketing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the production and delivery of POS material, promotional campaigns or in-store activations is highly regarded.
- Experience working with retail or trade partners is an advantage, preferably within the durable goods or premium home category.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
