About the Role

As part of our continued growth in Europe, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across 16 European countries in a highly regulated medical devices environment. This is a key role within our European HR team, partnering closely with HR Managers and hiring managers across functions and contributing to both operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. This role can be located either out of our French office in Villebon sur Yvette, our UK office in Maidenhead, or our German office in Schorndorf. Fluent English and German is essential for this role in order to be able to shortlist confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment processes across 16 European countries
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, agencies, employee referrals)
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Shortlisting candidates with a strong focus on technical skills, regulatory awareness, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview process for each vacancy with HR Manager and hiring manager
  • Own and manage the European Employee Referral Program, driving engagement and pipeline quality
  • Monitor and report on European recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, volumes, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with GDPR, internal policies, and quality standards applicable to regulated environments
  • Identify continuous improvement projects with the aim of improving the attraction and recruitment of high calibre employees

About You

  • Prior experience in Recruitment, ideally within medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Good working knowledge of European recruitment practices and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across countries and functions
  • Comfortable operating in an international environment
  • Highly organised with strong administration skills
  • Data‑driven, and enjoys preparing KPIs
  • Flexible, proactive, with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English and German in order to be able to shortlist confidently; additional languages an advantage
