The Partner Marketer supports the Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) in delivering effective Co‑Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across retail, builder and kitchen specialist channels.
Scope of the role:
- Supports the Partner Marketing Manager across Co‑Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement execution in UK & Ireland, working closely with internal teams and retail partners to coordinate the delivery of campaigns, BAU retail activity and trade partner communications.
Role Responsibilities:
- Co‑Marketing Planning Support: Supports PMM in developing and coordinating Co‑Marketing plans, ensuring activity is documented, briefed and tracked. Maintains and updates campaign planning tools, activity calendars and project trackers. Assists in preparation of campaign briefs, partner presentations and approval documentation. Co‑ordinates stakeholder inputs and feedback. Assists with post‑campaign reporting and summary preparation.
- Co‑Marketing Execution, Delivery & Operations: Coordinates end‑to‑end production and delivery of co‑marketing materials. Manages POS material planning and delivery across retail groups. Coordinates promotional activity with partners. Supports planning and delivery of in‑store activations. Maintains accurate records of in‑market activity and asset versions. Assists with budget tracking and purchase order management. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Internal Communications for Co‑Marketing: Key internal coordination point – informs Sales, CX, Ops and other teams. Prepares and distributes internal campaign communications. Maintains shared campaign calendar and activity tracker. Coordinates internal sign‑off processes for co‑marketing materials. Supports performance updates and campaign summaries for internal teams.
- Business As Usual (BAU) Retail Partner Support: Day‑to‑day contact for retail partners on BAU requests. Maintains strong relationships with partner marketing and category teams. Coordinates timely delivery of brand assets, imagery and materials. Works with retail partners’ online teams on product listings and promotions. Supports optimisation of Where to Buy functionality. Escalates strategic decisions to PMM.
- Trade Partner Enablement Support: Assists in production of trade partner toolkits and sales support. Coordinates New Product Introduction activity across trade partners. Maintains up‑to‑date enablement materials for trade partner sales teams.
- Managing Relationships: Builds professional relationships with partner marketing and category teams. Collaborates with internal Sales, CX, E‑Com and Ops teams. Supports management of external agency relationships. Communicates proactively to keep projects on track.
- General: Acts as brand ambassador in interactions with customers and partners. Participates in product releases, road shows, trade shows and key marketing activity.
- Health & Safety: Ensures personal safety and does not endanger others. Follows safety instructions and reports hazards and incidents.
Key Relationships: Partner Marketing Manager, Global Brand & Content, Global Marketing, Global Digital teams, Product Management, Sales, Retailer category and marketing teams, Operations, Customer Experience and Service teams, and external agencies.
Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or execution role within trade, retail or channel marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in producing or delivering POS material, promotional campaigns or in‑store activations highly regarded.
- Experience working with retail or trade partners, preferably within durable goods or premium home category.
Qualifications: Qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
