Currently, we’re looking for someone to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Colchester/Chelmsford.

The Role
As part of an ambitious department, you will advise business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate law matters spanning across various sectors. You will be expected to manage your own caseload; you’ll get exposure to complex transactions at an early stage by supporting senior team members and you’ll actively engage in business development to grow both your own and the firm’s network.
What about you?
You’ll ideally come from a Corporate and Commercial background in a well-regarded law firm. It's likely you’ll be around 3+ years PQE - but we’re definitely flexible for the right person. Importantly, you’ll have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self-motivated approach, you’ll have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
