Now, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our thriving department in Chelmsford or Colchester.

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
- Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firm’s professional network
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-referrals and firm-wide growth
What about you?
You\’ll ideally come from a Commercial Property background in a well-regarded law firm. It\’s likely you\’ll be around 4+ years PQE. Importantly, you’ll have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self-motivated approach you’ll have with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
