Fisher Investments is looking for a driven and experienced sales leader to guide, develop, and elevate one of our Account Executive (AE) Teams. AE's engage with high-net-worth individuals who expressed interest in Fisher Investments.

The Opportunity: In this role, you will oversee a team of AEs to help us reach departmental goals, provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to support team growth. No individual production is required for leadership. You will be supported by a leadership and training team to aid in your development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong teams, leading from the front, and turning potential talent into results. You will report to the AVP of Account Executives who will support your onboarding and professional development leading to future growth opportunities.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Account Executives in a collaborative in-office environment.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new team members.
  • Partner with AVP for additional projects that support broader business objectives.
  • Opportunity to participate in sales and leadership training for personal development.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with a phone-based sales environment, and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a phone-based sales environment.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Ability to obtain or retain required security licenses.
