We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join our Rural Property Management team in Worcester. The role within the team will be predominantly estate management work for both traditional, private, charitable and corporate clients, alongside associated rural professional practice work.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as part of a progressive, energetic team. Fisher German’s Rural Property Management team operates as one team alongside other regional and national teams delivering a range of services including agri‑business, valuation, building consultancy and farms and residential agency.

Based in Worcester, this is a permanent full‑time position based on 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday). We also operate a hybrid working policy.

Duties
  • Work with our existing estate management portfolios across the Midlands
  • Client care – leading and developing existing clients and teams
  • General associated rural professional practice work
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews, landlord and tenant advice and property management
  • Accountable for income and expenditure management, delivery of CAPEX and budgeting for our corporate and traditional clients
  • Property, contractor and client compliance management
  • Actively promote and embed Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance in all work
  • Deliver first‑rate service to boost the Fisher German brand and identify opportunities to grow and expand the business
Requirements
  • Training background within rural surveying
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Effective relationship building with both external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to plan travel and work efficiently when on-site, including some national and overnight travel
  • Regular user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mapping systems
  • Ambitious and forward‑thinking
