The Team & Focus of the Role
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Do you have a strong desire to provide great service to both internal colleagues and external clients? We’re looking for a Project Assistant to come and join our Infrastructure Services team in Banbury. The team assists in delivering projects for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. This role would suit an individual who is a motivated self-starter, who has strong administrative and coordination skills. You will be involved in a variety of tasks from supporting with invoicing and running reports, to liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Banbury office within our hybrid working policy. We are also open to discussing part-time and flexible working requirements.

Duties will include:
- Offering daily support to the project delivery team in general
- Diary management and organisation of meetings
- Dealing with general enquiries from clients and internal teams
- Preparing documents including letters, reports, and templates
- Creating and running reports as required
- Performing mail merges and document automation tasks
- Conducting data analysis and cleansing to maintain database accuracy
- Creating COIs (Conflicts of Interest)
- Providing general support for project work
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills, and is confident working to deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Polite and professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence with using Microsoft Office, with great IT skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
- Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal
