The Team & Focus of the Role
We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an Administrator to come and join our Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
This role would suit an individual who really thrives on providing a great service to both internal and external stakeholders, who has a familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment and has great data management skills. Based at our office in Worcester, this is a full-time, permanent role. We are open to discussing part-time options (minimum 30 hours per week) and we also operate a hybrid working policy.

Duties will include:
- Providing administrative support on various projects, including major infrastructure projects and smaller schemes
- Making outbound calls, updating and maintaining landowner records
- Maintaining large quantities of data both in Excel and databases
- Filing/archiving
- Mail merges for client letters
- Generally supporting colleagues with their daily requirements
