The Team & Focus of the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Property Manager to join our Rural Property Management team, based at our Market Harborough office. You will be working as part of a progressive, energetic team supporting a diverse and engaging portfolio of agricultural, residential and commercial portfolios across the private rural estates in the East Midlands. This hands-on role would ideally suit someone with a background in property or building management who is looking for greater ownership of their workload, enjoys client-facing responsibilities, and is interested in travelling to various client sites for inspections. Based in Market Harborough, this is a permanent, full-time position based on 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday).
In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:

Duties will include:
- Conducting site visits and property inspections.
- Managing property compliance using various compliance management systems.
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
- Overseeing and coordinating contractor activities to ensure timely & quality service.
- Liaising and management of tenants.
- Preparing and delivering periodic reports to clients.
- Dealing with property lettings.
- Co-ordinating and instructing repairs on properties, and providing regular updates to colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will have...
- Experience of managing contracts and renewals with aspects such as insurance, utilities and fire safety.
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- High attention to detail.
- A need to be organised.
- Experience in arranging maintenance repairs for property portfolios.
- To be able to analyse quotes to provide a recommendation to the client.
- Effective relationship builder with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of building and property maintenance.
- The skills to review and prioritise repairs, having knowledge of the cashflow requirements of the client.
- Regular user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Full UK driving license.
