The Team & Focus of the Role
We have an extremely exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to come and join our Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
This role would suit an individual who really thrives on providing a great service to both internal and external stakeholders, who has a familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment and has great time management skills. Based in our office in Ashby, this is a full-time, permanent position based on 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with enquiries
- Drafting standard documents
- Booking meetings
- Updating and maintaining landowner records
- Filing/archiving
- Mail merges for client letters
- Generally supporting colleagues with their daily requirements
