As a graduate on the Rural Pathway, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in one of a variety of teams across Fisher German. Rural surveying offers a diverse and rewarding career within the land and property industry, with opportunities spanning multiple divisions across the business.
By applying to our Rural Graduate Programme, you will gain experience working alongside a wide range of teams, including Rural Property Management, Valuations, Property Agency, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Minerals, and Agribusiness. You will be involved in a broad range of projects and work with an equally diverse client base. This could include:
- Management of private estates and large rural portfolios
- Advising national corporate clients
- Valuing farms and rural land
- Supporting property transactions
- Advising landowners and acquiring authorities on compulsory purchase matters
- Assisting with the appraisal, negotiation and management of mineral and waste sites
