Our excellent graduate programme and APC support aims to provide you with the best start and progression opportunities in your professional career to become a Chartered Surveyor and beyond. As a Graduate Commercial Surveyor, you will gain experience across a range of commercial property disciplines and work alongside experienced surveyors on a diverse portfolio of instructions. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop technical expertise, build commercial awareness and gain the experience needed to undertake your APC and progress your career.

Fisher German has a range of commercial property services, including valuation, business rates, compulsory purchase, landlord and tenant, management, and building surveying, transactional services. Working with a range of clients and property types, you will develop a strong understanding of the commercial property market while building your professional network and industry knowledge.

Your day-to-day work will be dynamic and varied, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, proactive communication and negotiation skills. You'll often collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver effective solutions across different types of commercial property throughout the UK. Throughout the programme, you will receive structured training, mentoring and APC support from experienced professionals, helping you develop both technically and professionally as you work towards becoming Chartered.

Where will I be based? Our Commercial teams are based across our UK office network, with opportunities available in a range of locations. The specific office location for this vacancy will be confirmed during the recruitment process, taking into account business requirements and candidate preferences. Wherever you are based, you’ll join a supportive team with experienced colleagues around you, helping you develop your skills and progress through your APC journey.
