The Team & Focus of the Role Would you like to join our established Development Agency Team? You will be based at our Newark office supporting our other offices in various locations such as the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West. This expanding team are looking for a Development Agency Administrator to work alongside senior agents in the delivery of their client work. This is a busy, varied role for an energetic individual who will ideally have an understanding of property transactional work. You will be working closely with colleagues to service existing instructions whilst maintaining and developing client relationships. You would feel confident and thrive working in a busy atmosphere and comfortable booking in various appointment and handling enquiries coming through primarily via phone & email. This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Newark office. In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in: * A discretionary bonus scheme * A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus an additional day for your birthday, and additional days to cover the festive period! * Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave * An online money saving portal * Death In Service cover, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme which includes health appoints for you and your family * Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include: * Management of CRM databases which require regular monitoring and updating. * Creating brochures and marketing materials to assist with disposal of development opportunities. * Supporting with the preparation and circulation of instruction letters for landowners. * Liaising with our CAST (Central Administration Support Team) to ensure smooth coordination of tasks * Liaising with agents and other professionals via phone and email. * Utilising internal software to generate sales plans and creating a summary of general details of sites. * Providing assistance with various tasks, including responding to inquiries, diary management, and overseeing general daily coordination. The successful candidate will have… * First-class work prioritisation * Previous administration/assistant experience * Good organisational skills * Strong attention to detail * Good IT skills * Strong communication skills * The desire to learn quickly and be adaptable * Interest or experience in property/property development (beneficial but not essential) Why Fisher German?
