Start your career while you study
Our Degree Apprenticeship Programme offers an exciting alternative to the traditional university route, giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn, gain hands-on industry experience and achieve a fully funded degree.
Whether you're starting your career, exploring a different route into higher education or looking for a debt-free pathway into the property and land industry, our five-year Degree Apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge, skills and experience needed to build a successful professional career.
From day one, you'll join one of our surveying teams and become a valued member of the business, working alongside experienced professionals on real projects while studying towards a university degree with one of our partner institutions.
Our apprentices are based within a range of business areas, including:
- Infrastructure Surveying
- Rural Surveying
- Commercial Surveying
Throughout the programme, you'll gain practical experience, develop your technical and professional skills and build a strong understanding of the surveying profession. You'll be supported every step of the way as you work towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
What can you expect?
As a Degree Apprentice, you'll learn through a combination of workplace experience, university study and professional development opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Gain a fully funded degree with no tuition fees
- Earn a competitive salary while you study
- Gain hands-on experience within a professional surveying team
- Develop technical, commercial and client-facing skills
- Access dedicated support, mentoring and training opportunities
