We require a nightshift confectionery assistant for a busy bakery in Cupar.

Hours: 35.63 hours (5 nights over 7, Saturday and a midweek day off). Hours are 9.30pm - 5.30am, except Friday where it is 5pm till midnight.

Rate of Pay: £13.85 per hour.

The successful candidate will complement and be an integral part of our busy confectionery department. This is a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Basic food preparation
  • Assisting in making / decorating cakes
  • Preparing and/or finishing of confectionery products
  • Washing dishes, pots and equipment
  • Making sandwiches
  • Putting orders/buffets together
