Location: South East England Job Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 The Role Are you an experienced Estimator looking for your next opportunity with a growing construction business? Youll join a successful contractor delivering construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the South East, with a strong track record in the education sector. Youll take ownership of tenders from initial review through to submission , working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to produce accurate and competitive bids. What youll be doing Prepare estimates, cost plans and tender submissions. Review drawings, specifications and tender documents. Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations . Identify commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering options. Work with the wider team to ensure a smooth handover from tender to delivery .
