The Role
Are you an experienced Estimator looking for your next opportunity with a growing construction business?
You'll join a successful contractor delivering construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the South East, with a strong track record in the education sector.
You'll take ownership of tenders from initial review through to submission, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to produce accurate and competitive bids.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare estimates, cost plans and tender submissions.

Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.

Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Identify commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering options.

Work with the wider team to ensure a smooth handover from tender to delivery.

What You'll Need

Previous experience as an Estimator within construction, refurbishment or fit-out.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and sequencing.

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender information.

Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
