Responsibilities: The role will involve the usual QS duties and all commercial activities associated with JCT and NEC contracts. The successful applicant will report to the company's commercial director and will be responsible for a group of projects in and around the South East, with individual package values ranging from £500k to £50m.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- JCT & NEC contract experience.
