We are currently recruiting for up to 5 experienced CSCS Groundworkers for a large ongoing mixed use new build development in Weymouth Responsibilities * All applicants must have a valid CSCS Card * Shallow drainage, concrete works & oversite works,. * Assist in the preparation of sites for construction projects. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. * External finishings, such as laying slabs, kerbs & edgings * Report any issues or hazards encountered on site to the supervisor promptly. Requirements * Previous experience in groundwork or related construction roles is preferred but not essential. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry is advantageous. * A valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
