Fisher Civils Limited is recruiting a Civils Supervisor on behalf of an established Kent-based contractor working across civil and mechanical engineering, utilities and the water sector. You’ll coordinate day-to-day site activities and help ensure work is delivered safely, to the required quality and in line with project plans. Project work may include repairs or alterations to drainage, access routes, fencing, chambers, ducting, pipework and other infrastructure. The role * Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials. * Monitor work against drawings, specifications and project requirements. * Promote safe working and ensure site procedures are followed. * Monitor quality and progress, keeping accurate site records. * Identify issues or delays and raise them with the project team. * Communicate with colleagues, subcontractors and client representatives. About you * You have previous experience supervising civil engineering, construction or utilities work. * You can organise site activities and communicate clearly with site teams. * You understand the importance of health, safety and quality on active sites. * Experience in water or wastewater projects would be advantageous. * A relevant supervisory qualification, such as SSSTS or SMSTS, and other applicable site qualifications would be beneficial.
