Fisher Civils Limited are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a busy mixed use development based in Barnet, London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day to day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overall management of a live mixed use construction site
- Coordinating and supervising multiple trades on site
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Planning works, site set up and daily activities
- Managing materials, plant and equipment procurement
- Monitoring progress and keeping works on programme
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining site standards

Requirements:
