Fisher Civils Limited are supporting a key hire for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an infrastructure team working across local authority projects in the South Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident leading the commercial side of civil engineering schemes and working collaboratively as part of an established team.
The role:
- Lead subcontractor packages, including procurement, payments, valuations, and change management
- Manage the commercial performance and cost control of infrastructure projects
- Handle compensation events and contract changes under NEC3/NEC4 contracts
- Produce cost reports and ensure projects remain financially on track
- Act as the main point of commercial knowledge on the project, engaging in all aspects to provide full support
- Mentor and support junior team members
