Fisher Civils Limited are a specialist recruitment consultancy and labour only provider supplying blue & white collar staff into the construction and civil engineering sectors across the UK. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced Construction Recruitment Consultants to join our team working from our modern and well located Portsmouth office.
The Role
You’ll initially manage a full 360 desk, supplying trades and labour into live construction projects. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role suited to someone who understands Construction and Civil Engineering environments and knows how to prioritise work loads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and placing blue & white collar construction workers
- Managing client relationships with contractors
- Filling live vacancies at pace
- Building and growing your own recruitment desk
- Ensuring compliance and right-to-work checks
