We’re Hiring: Mechanical HVAC Project Manager / Engineer
At Fisher BSE, we’re growing. Thanks to a strong pipeline of secured projects and long-standing client relationships, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager/Engineer to join us in Goole, East Yorkshire (with hybrid working flexibility).
With over 20 years of experience delivering HVAC solutions across the UK and Scotland, Fisher BSE has successfully completed projects across retail, residential, leisure, industrial, and commercial sectors. From large-scale refurbishments and bar/restaurant fitouts to complex mechanical systems and estate-wide validation works, we pride ourselves on technical expertise and dependable project delivery.
About the Role
The role involves managing HVAC projects from concept through to completion — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing design, estimation, planning, and site delivery
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Reviewing and preparing CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
