Responsibilities

The Day-to-Day

Client Operations Administrators perform several tasks including sorting packages/documentation, scanning and routing physical and electronic documents, preparing documents for filing and storage, maintaining documents and assisting with outbound mailings. You will report directly to the team manager and periodically, Client Operations Administrators will also be involved with other Client Operations group projects. The Day-to-Day: Process and edit electronic documents and attachments using multiple types of software Review inbound packages/documentation to classify by group and recipient Use image scanner to scan firm
